Design & Pattern Engineering
We translate your restaurant's identity, chef's philosophy, or personal motif into a precise mosaic pattern blueprint. Every tile placement is calculated for optical harmony.
Material Selection & Cutting
Natural stone (marble, travertine, onyx), Venetian glass, ceramic, and 24K gold leaf — hand-selected for chromatic depth, individually cut to ±0.3mm tolerance.
Hand-Setting the Mosaic
The defining stage. Master artisans hand-set each tesserae individually, adjusting spacing, angle, and depth. This is where the artist's eye cannot be replaced by machine.
Grouting & Polishing
Food-safe, acid-resistant grout applied and polished to a finish that is both tactilely luxurious and practically cleanable. Tested against wine, citrus, and olive oil.
Substrate Engineering & Delivery
NESS Furniture engineering: warp-resistant substrate, thermally stable core, precision-leveled base. Custom crating with white-glove worldwide installation.
